One of Australia’s most iconic designs, The Tessa ‘T1’ was the winner of the 1970 Dunhill Design Award and was the earlier iteration of the popular T21.
This pair have been fully restored. The Blackwood arms have stripped of their old dark stain, and sanded and refinished to bring out the gorgeous colours in the Blackwood. Brand new webbing, foam and dacron throughout and now featuring a chunky-weaved fabric from Zepel fabrics, with FibreGuard stain resistant properties.
The chairs are structurally sound and the swivel bases are spinning perfectly. Now ready to be enjoyed for another 50 years.
