Glorious three-seater with rattan backs, from Parker’s flagship Nordic Range, circa. 1962.
This low lying sofa, a fantastic example of Australian midcentury modern furniture, features beautiful lines shown off by its Tasmanian Blackwood frame, which have been partially restored and now in very good vintage condition. All joins are solid.
The rattan is in excellent vintage condition, with no splits or repairs, and only minor signs of age through subtle discolouration, to be expected with something of this age.
Freshly reupholstered by Upholstery Direct in Preston. Brand new green textured fabric from Warwick and new foam throughout.
