Pair of rattan back armchairs from Parker’s flagship ‘Nordic’ range, circa early 1960’s.
One of Parker’s most coveted chairs, this particular design is rarely seen, featuring a sleek, low-lying profile with a generous seat.
These chairs have undergone a complete restoration. The frames have been fully pulled apart and reglued, ensuring all joins are solid. The Blackwood timber has been fully stripped, sanded and refinished, complimented with brand new natural rattan. New webbing, foam and fabric, featuring a white textured fabric from Zepel Fabrics. One of the chairs still displays the original Parker sticker.
