Designed and made in the mid 1960’s by Parker, this chair features full teak construction, with its signatures curves and low profile synonymous with classic Australian Mid Century designs.
This piece has been fully restored, including the frame being pulled apart, re-glued and clamped back together. Repairs to the frame carried out, timber fully stripped, sanded and refinished, with the teak frame now looking excellent once again. The old seat webbing has been replaced with new high-quality elastic webbing, now giving the chair excellent support. The original backrest springs are still perfect. Brand new foam with a polyester fibre wrap, and new fabric, a lovely textured blue featuring stain-resistant properties from Zepel Fabrics.
