Designed by Fred Lowan and manufactured by Fler in the 1960’s. This set comprises of eight of the Fler ‘64’ dining chairs in Blackwood and the Fler 64 table, with extension leaves on either end, which easily turns it from a 4-6 seater into a larger 8 seater table.
The entire suite has been fully restored. The chairs have been pulled apart and reglued, ensuring they’re all nice and sturdy. The Blackwood timber has been fully sanded back and refinished. Brand new webbing, foam and topped off with a durable green vinyl from Zepel Fabrics.
The table has been fully stripped, sanded and refinished in a food safe and protective hard wax oil. Now presenting in very good vintage condition, it does still show very light signs of its age, to be expected with a table thst is over 60 years old.
